Counselling is about helping you to understand the issues you may be struggling with and finding new ways to manage them.
It is a talking therapy that has been proven to help with many different mental and emotional problems. We are not here to tell you what to do, but to help you find solutions that work for you. Everything you say is strictly confidential and without judgement, our aim is to help you get back to who you wish to be and learn ways to manage problems as they arise in a more productive way.
We use two approaches mainly, CBT and person centred. During a consultation we talk about the different types and which may work better for you.
